Super73 launched a limited edition of its Z-Series throttle-assist electric minibike on Monday in collaboration with French soccer club Paris Saint-Germain to celebrate the team’s 50th anniversary and the launch of its new 2019/2020 season third shirt, or away jersey.
The PSG x Super73-Z features a custom seat design, custom-painted frame, engraved headset top cap, red wheel spokes, white wheels, a custom chain guard, and a seat base bearing the Paris Saint-Germain logo.
The street-legal Class 2 ebike will be available in Europe, the US, Canada, and can be preordered in Europe for 1,670 euros on Paris Saint-Germain’s official website and in North America for $1,670 at Super73.com. It will be available for a limited time of only 30 days effective Monday, November 4, with bike delivery expected in spring 2020. Shipping is free in the US and Canada.
“We’re very excited to be working with Paris Saint-Germain on this incredible collaboration. As one of the greatest teams in the world, with such a strong history at the top of French football, we are delighted they chose to collaborate with Super73 to celebrate their anniversary and the release of their vintage-inspired third shirt design,” Super73 CEO LeGrand Crewse said.
Super73 is also collaborating with cause-based pop-culture retailer BoxLunch on a sweepstakes to give away two one-off ebikes inspired by the title characters of the Emmy Award-winning TV series Rick and Morty, which has its fourth-season debut this Sunday, November 10, on Adult Swim.
Fans can enter the Rick and Morty x BoxLunch x Super73 Sweepstakes for a chance to win one custom Rick S1 throttle- and pedal-assist ebike or one custom Morty Z1 throttle-assist-only model featuring the characters’ signature colors and artwork inspired by memorable episodes of the show. The sweepstakes closes November 17.
